“I’m a repeat customer and once again great service from Baby Security. My toddler broke my baby’s monitor so I needed a replacement ASAP. I used the Live Chat and the advisor was able to help me with my queries about whether I could get a replacement monitor that would work with my existing camera. I paid extra for the next day delivery and even during lockdown the new monitor arrived less than 24hrs from ordering it. I would 100% recommend this company.”

“DO NOT USE!!!! Positive reviews on this website are bought! I have been send the wrong product, thats not even advertised on their website. I was send something completely different because they dont have what Ive ordered. Not only they have send me the wrong product but also box was opened, product touched and played with and box damaged beyond repair. They dont reply to emails, ignore you and now I dont know how to get my money back from this thieving company. Their items are falsely advertised which is against the law! company needs to be investigated!”
