“We got the package so quick! Initially we received the wrong one, but Brendy from Baby Pavillion answered all my questions, and easily resolved the issue by having the right one sent as we sent the other back. I've been using the Momcozy M5 and very grateful to have been provided it at no cost. Thank you so much!”

“Seamless process! It was so easy to order my pump and provide my insurance and prescription information. For previous breast pumps I bought my pump and then submitted it to insurance for reimbursement. Baby Pavilion made the process so easy! My pump shipped within 1 day of my order and was delivered 2 days later!”

“I really recommend this company. A nurse at the hospital I was attending to told me about them and I am so grateful that she did it. My Spectra2 pump arrived in 2 days and every month they send me a remainder to order replacements and milk storage bags, which I appreciate. Good customer service and the process to order is very easy. Compression socks and postpartum garments are a plus. Really impressed.”

“I chose baby pavilion because they advertised they could get you extra compression items with tricare. This turns four to be false and they only provide these items to people with Tricare East. Tricare is Tricare there is no difference between East and west and no reason East should get more items than west covered. It was extremely deceiving of them to advertise this when they know it only applied to East. I wish I had ordered my pump through a different company.”

“Very impressed with Baby Pavilion! Applying for the breast pump I initially chose the option for them to reach out to my doctor for my prescription, however, my doctor’s office was unfortunately not responding. When I had questions about my order status or if they were able to receive my prescription, I had such quick responses from Brendy, a customer service representative. She responded back to my emails quickly within the same day which is rare to get with any business nowadays! I ended up going to my OBGYN office to receive a paper of my prescription. From there I sent a photo of it to Brendy and within the same day my order shipped! Then just a few days later it arrived at my doorstep. Product came perfect. Super impressed with this process and their care for their customers. If I need them in the future I will definitely be coming back!”

“I put off getting my breast pump until my baby was almost due because the process seemed so daunting. Baby Pavillion made it all so seamless—I was shocked. It took no time to input my information and once I did, I didn’t need to worry about anything else. They contacted my doctor and put everything through tricare, emailing me regularly to let me know where we were at in the process. My pump arrived at my door a few weeks later. Highly recommend ordering your pump through them.”

“Baby Pavilion was very understanding when I ordered a pump on accident. They looked at the order and were able to cancel it before it got shipped. The website is a little confusing, hens why I ordered a pump on accident. They also have extra goodies if you qualify through insurance.”
