“Communication was smooth and helpful. The website is easy to maneuver through and getting my breast pump was super quick! The lady was nice enough to ship my pump quicker with how close my due date was but I even received my pump before I had to be induced earlier than the date!”

“I have been using Baby Pavillion for 8 months and I have had no issues. I recently received my 5th shipment of bags/pump parts and it was great as usual. Delivery was on time and I highly recommend them. They send reminder emails when it’s time to reorder items.”

“Struggling to receive the monthly shipment of bags. Supposedly there are reminder emails, I never get them. They told me check junk/spam, I did. Never saw them. I asked them to forward me the email and they couldn’t produce it. Twice now I’ve received breast milk storage bags way late and made my life much more difficult.”

“Everything was so easy and fast. I submitted without a prescription and I got a email from some mine the same day explaining what needed to be done. She offered to handle it all for me but I knew I was going to the doctor that week so she sent me the appropriate form for the doctor to sign. The doctors office faxed it back to baby pavilion and I had my new pump and bags a little over a week later!”
