Where’s my item?
I’ve sent a few emails now.
And I’ve had very few responses. I ordered a cot for my baby, on the 16th September. Payment was taking immediately. A week had almost past and I had no emails saying my item was out for delivery. So I emailed your company to be told I needed to pay a delivery charge as I wasn’t entitled to the free delivery. So I paid the £30. Another few days past and no emails to say it was dispatched. Long story short, you’re now telling me the delivery company went into liquidation? If that’s the case why did I take to send a payment for delivery, if that company no longer delivered.
A few phone calls later I’ve been told it’s due to be collected and dispatched this week. This is coming up to the 3rd week I’ve been told this.
I literally just checked the reviews for your company and I’ve seen reviews saying the exact same.
Am I going to recieve this item? As it’s beyond ridiculous at this stage. Or can you just refund me the full money including the delivery charge.
