“I had to ring Baby Village to chase up my order. At the time of ordering, the item was in stock and according to the eta there was no expected delay. When I rang, the lady said there were 2 in stock and she’d chase it up for me, indicating my order had been missed. Thankfully she did and it got sent the following day. Unfortunately I shouldn’t be the one ringing to push through my order, very dissatisfied.”

“When we were with one senior staff member enquiring if ye had a product in stock and I asked her if Baby Village did price matching with other similar stores she didn’t answer my query and just walked away from me and my partner, very disappointing that a staff member could no longer assisst us with shopping because we asked this question. Serious lack of professionalism”
