Hi Jack , Thank you for your feedback ! I can see your item was shipped on the 1st September , trackoing sent to your email . From looking at your tracking it was delivered today succesfully . The estimated shipping was end of August we do apologise for the delay . BV x

“It was so easy to navigate the baby village website and order. The pram arrived quickly and although I haven’t opened the box yet, as it’s a gift, I’m sure it will be enjoyed by my new granddaughter when she arrives 😊”
