“Love the high chair inordered tripp trapp. Although it went on sale for a cheaper price before my order had even been shipped I emailed Baby Village to see if I could receive the discount and I didn't even get a reply. It was only $20 difference so no big deal.”

“In shop experience with Baby Village was great. Online shopping experience with Baby Village was very poor. I have NOT been told that after purchasing $2000+ that I can be a VIP customer. When I raised this issue, the online sales, then told me yes this offer was available and also told me there will be a 10% discount for future purchases. However, I soon discovered -- when I wanted to place another order with Baby Village that this 10% discount will be only offered if the product is on full price. The sales person can really told me the offer and condition at the beginning.”

“We purchased our bassinet through baby village, it came promptly and is absolutely stunning. It was the cheapest available in the market today for the cocoon co sleeper bassinet which is why we originally chose to go through baby village but moving forward we will have no reason to choose another company to purchase more items for our beautiful baby on the way. Living in a regional small town we have limited baby shops and items available to us which is why purchasing online has become our only option for some of the product decisions we have made. This has made our day and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family where we purchased our bassinet from and to also use this wonderful company!”
