“I love the BEING Bootie Balm that we recently ordered. I used the Belly Oil during my pregnancy so I was very happy to be able to get the Nappy Rash Balm from Baby Village. This Balm is the best! ❤️”

“Good range of products and purchase arrived in a reasonable time. However I’m very unhappy with the returns process. It’s far more cumbersome than most, requiring a form to be printed, filled out and returned with the item, in a restricted time frame, and the customer is required to pay for the cost of the return shipping. They also don’t offer a refund for the return of a completely unopened product - just a store credit. If you look at the fine print on the website they tell you all of this (I didn’t click through to the fine print when I purchased, so I can’t complain I wasn’t told) , but given their competitors have far easier and more generous returns policies, and I have limited time with three small children, I definitely won’t be risking a purchase from Baby Village again.”

Hi Emily, We do appreciate your feedback and thank you for sending it through . From looking at your order the incorrect bumper bar was purchased . With most returns in retail there is always a return time frame that the item needs to be returned , ours is 28 days which is very reasonable . With the form we require this is required as if it isnt included we have no record of who the return is from and what the outcome needs to be . We dont specify a refund can't be provided we offer an exchange or credit , if you would like a refund we can definetly arrange this . I'm sorry you have chosen to not shop with Baby Village again but we do hope you change your mind ! BV x

“Really good price for our capsule and came with free gift which were adapters for our pram worth $80 lady I spoke to on the phone couldn't find them in store she took my name and number so she could have a proper look called me back 10min later after store closing time to tell me she found them I payed over the phone by credit card. She went above and beyond to satisfy and to make sure I got what I needed. Thankyou baby Village. I told here we were expecting next week and we needed to speed the delivery process she said she would contact the warehouse the next morning and try and put a rush on it true to here word I received a message from Australia post that my order was on its way.”

“Item was preorder with an ETA for a 7-10 days arrival then posted.. Item was posted 7 days later (Friday) arriving at my door within 5 -7 business days (Thursday) as indicated. Very impressed with the accuracy given for arrival of item, postage and how fast it was delivered. The correspondence between staff and myself was second to none. The item was exactly as described, beautiful quality. Definitely purchase again from here again and thank you baby village”

“And 5 goldies goes to Baby Village ! Was a flawlessly quick,easy & no stress process.. From purchase to delivered/installed in just 4 days (+ 200 km from store).. Only issue is - the awesome dogo it was meant to contain, leaps the 90cm height gate in a single bound & then she smiles at you afterward ..lol) HIGHLY RECOMMEND..”
