“After weeks with no news about my purchased product and no reply to my email, I called to hear that they were waiting to receive the colour I had ordered. As it was going to be too late for the baby shower I had, I asked to swap for something else. Whilst they were helpful and friendly over the phone, I still had to call again cause they never replied to my email confirming which product I wanted to swap with. In other words, staff is friendly but they’re not up-to-speed when it comes to online communication and fast delivery.”

“I bought a few things off baby village, very quick postage very happy with the products. Recently had an item missing from what I bought, the situation was dealt with promptly. “Shipped and delivered my order in an efficient manner. I ordered the teal Mountain Buggy Nano V3 online after trading hours on Friday evening but discovered that it wouldn’t be available for shipping for a week and a half. I needed it within the week. However, upon reaching out to them, they notified me that they had the black in stock which could be shipped out on the Monday. I received the stroller on Wednesday along with the universal stroller covers and coffee cup holder. Thank you Baby Village! You made a family getaway much easier with a more travel friendly stroller for my 4 month old. The universal capsule adapter works really well. Just beware of little feet that might push off the sash securing the capsule to the stroller seat.”

“We like the product but the time between ordering and receiving the high chair was too long. There was no communication from Baby Village about the delay. They did not respond straight away when I enquired either. If you need something in a hurry I would definitely not recommend Baby Village.”

“Pro's: Easy to use and well-laid out Website. Has a favourites option. Fast postage. Good customer service. Con's: Shipping costs can be a bit ambiguous on bulkier items. No points scheme. Email advertisements are too frequent.”

“My rating is based on the postage fees and the service provided around them. I purchased a large product and the postage was $14. I then made a second order for 2 dummy’s and an item of clothing and the postage was $29. I brought this up with the store given I live 15mins from the city and questioned why the price difference (and such a large amount for a small parcel). They replied stating that that was the postage amount, full stop.. after further enquiries only then did they add to an existing order for the postage to be reduced. The service was extremely disappointing on this matter”

“Ordered Cybex Lemo chair combo end of financial year and before I put the order through I rang baby village twice to confirm they have got the stock with an yes answer ETA end of July. I put the order through and started lengthy wait and numerous phone calls and emails. 3 month on my baby arrived and the chair arrived with an unmatched sit, despite the tray delivered a week later. Had to have cybex rep from Melbourne to exchange correct stock for me. Ordered latest version and was given a old version of sit with new version of chair. I was told from cybex supplier they have always got the stock from warehouse, whereas baby village told me Cybex had discounted the colour I originally ordered (this is August) and replaced with a new order of colour. The first and last time I shop with baby village and surely with all apologies in the email from baby village I had the worst shopping experience ever.”
