“I haven't received my purchase yet, which is very disappointing. It is a birthday gift for my son, so I hope it arrives soon. No doubt it's AusPost rather than Baby Village that has caused the delayed delivery. We'll see.”

“I purchased two products. One came with the back of the packet already torn open, and the other box had been cut in the middle. Luckily it hadn't damaged the product.”
