“I am amazed at the customer service responsiveness and going above and beyond to meet my needs. Prior to ordering a coat for my border collie, I waited less than a few hours to get feedback on the probable size and type of coat for my dog. And when I needed to return a coat due to sizing the responsiveness, courteous customer service and return process went above and beyond my expectations. The quality of the coat and of the crate pad and durability are fabulous I have not had time to comment on the ability of the coat to maintain my dogs’, muscle warmth at agility trials, but from all the experience, my friends have had I am sure I will have similar great results”

“I use Back on Track products for my dogs, my horses, and myself ~ animals don’t lie, and I see the relief and improvement that the products provide! I tried products based on the success with my pups and ponies and find the same relief and comfort. Highly recommend, 5 stars!”

“I have several Back on Track products mostly for my dogs. I also have a t shirt and a pad I put uner my back and hips at night. I am planning to try the gloves for my arthritis.”

“Great products and great customer service! I have been a fan of the saddle pads and sheets for years but just started using the exercise boots as my horse had to rehab an injury and they have been fanastic! And when I had an issue, customer service was quick to help!”

“The vest was exactly what I expected and it arrived very quickly. Great service. I not reviewing the vest with any more detail because I bought it as a Christmas gift so I won't know my granddaughter's reaction for 2 more months!”

“Im a 67 yr old HS basketball referee & golfer. I have found that wearing the Back on Track knee braces relieves the pain in my knees during and after these activities. The only thing I don't like is after months of use (and sweat) they stretch out and start to fall off my knees. I really think the braces should come with velcro top and bottom bands to hold them in place and have them last longer.”

“I have been dealing with lower back pain for 5 weeks and will be getting on a plane to fly to Italy for two weeks .
