“I have all the other BOT boots and the sheet, the knee boot doesn’t fit like the rest of the BOT products. The top and middle Velcro fit the knee but the bottom is was to big and therefore the knee boot falls down the leg easily.”

Hi Christie I apologize for the delayed reply. Unfortunately, some knee characteristics are a challenge for the knee boot to stay in position. This is a very popular item with few unhappy outcomes - what we recommend in this case is having your horse wear our standing wraps or quick wraps. They are also commonly used to prevent hock boots from slipping down.

“For the past several (5+) years I've been using Back on Track products for me, my horses and my dog. The products deliver! They really help to address swelling and aches due to injury and arthritis. The quick wraps really helped to speed healing of a not-so-minor tendon injury my mare got in the field. I use the scarf/muffler to get relief from arthritis in my neck, and my 10 y.o. German Shepherd really benefits from the Leg Brace. She has substantial arthritis and I saw a huge improvement in her comfort and inflammation by the second day.”

“Nice blanket but insufficient sizes. My horse has large shoulders and the 81 is too tight through the shoulders while the 87 fits the shoulders but is too large for the barrel and too long. The saddle pad fits nice haven't tried the quarter sheet yet.”

“I purchased the Back on Track Therapeutic Western Saddle Pad Liner for my senior horse who would become stiff from time to time. The liner has helped to keep his back warm and loose. He moves better and seems more comfortable. Highly recommended.”

“I love BOT products but was very disappointed with the royal deluxe hock boots. I measured my horse using the size guide and bought the recommended size. They’re extremely bulky more than what the picture leads on and would slip down. I only used them while my horse was stalled at night and was very disappointed because the would never stay up.”

We are so sorry to hear when anyone is unhappy with our products. We will review the images we have online to see how we can enhance them to show the padding in a clearer way. The dense padding is designed to protect the hock from any impact. We do recommend using our Quick Wraps or a quilt and standing bandage under the Hock Wraps to keep them in place.

“I discovered back on track last year after breaking my wrist. During recovery I bought the wrist band and that is when I realized what an amazing brand Back in Track is. The wrist band was so supportive and comfortable. The welltrex was so comfortable plus I think it helped my scar from surgery. Now I have a few saddle pads and breeches from the brand and love them too. Stuff gets her fast and well package.”
