The first time I tried to purchase your Dixie Dog Hack brace-I could not do so. When I did receive your product and put it on her she immediately tore it. I can see that your product does help her--but she's been working on one leg and almost has the boot off. She's had them for just over a month. She was able to pull on the velcro and kept up until the boot is in pieces. She should not be able to do this. Now I have to get a whole new pair.

Encountered problems and a long wait to get my order. Having paid for 2 day Fed Ex delivery didn’t receive product until I had several back and forth emails with Back on Track. Customer service eventually made good and resent out another order. It seems it is better to order Back on Track products from other retailers rather than from the company directly from their website. Very disappointing customer service experience

Wanted to order the women’s v neck short sleeve in black but has been on back order for months. Finally had to settle for a gift card! Not happy couldn’t get the product to wrap

Your customer service team on line and in person are amazing!! I can’t say enough great things about them. Your manager from Equine Affair needs to be sent to training for compassion and customer service etiquette. I informed your online help of the horrible things I heard and saw from him. His response was to go on the defensive and tell me I was wrong. I was not the only person there that heard what he said and took it the same way. His response should have been an apology not a defense. This is truly unacceptable behavior of a manager of such a great company. If anyone higher than him would like to see the email chain please reach out. I showed people who were with me that day and they agreed he was horrible to his workers and the people shopping there.

I like the products but didn't like the return policy. The boots I purchased were a little big and I wanted to exchange them. Instead I had to request a return label (which I still haven't received) and then get store credit before I can buy the correct size. Kind of a hassle compared to other places.

Shipped was too long. Ordered on a Friday paid over $20 for shipping and it didn’t arrive until Tuesday. Like the product, but would probably order from a third party for faster and cheaper shipping.

I have a GSP. I have several of the normal coats my dog loves them. I ordered the HV. Their recommended size was way too small. I ordered two sizes. Bigger fits perfect!!!

I have other back on track products so I was very excited to order this pad for my horse. I love the fluff and thickness. I think Reny does too. Unfortunately it keeps slipping back under my saddle when trail riding and I had to readjusted a few times. The keepers seem to be placed to far forward to the edge of the pad and the girth strap as well. I did put some stitches half way into the girth keeper and moved the pommel keepers back a bit. I have yet to try it again, but I hope it fixes the slip. I bought the xfull as I have a 17 1/2" saddle with forward flaps and a draft cross horse.

The sizing is the issue. There are times when I’ve ordered small but they’re too small and then medium is too large. Unfortunately, with the last order I measured myself and each of the items I received are way too small. I’ve been meaning to call the company and see what I can do about this. I’m a seamstress so I take measurements but somehow it doesn’t match what’s on the sizing chart.

I had high expectations Good news they fit Not happy w after washing by hand that they fit more like 7/8 length Not happy with waist band, needs to be softer. Not happy w the rubbery brand on leg, I thought it was removable label I’ll probably be donating to homeless person. Thank you

Quality of the shirts is great but not noticing much therapeutic effect. My spine gets pain and it doesn't seem to be the kind that this technology helps.

Alyssa I was reviewing files and I see that no one responded to your review. My sincerest apologies. Our clothing is designed to maintain a feeling of well-ness, they do not provide the targeted Back on Track effect that our products are known for. Our waist support products, (back brace, waist girdle) provide targeted relief. Upper back our neck cover and dickey bibs are quite nice for a more immediate effect. Unfortunately, some areas of the body are hard to target.
