“I appreciate the vast amounts of quality safety equipment you provide. Unfortunately I’ve purchased pre package kits in the from other companies. None of which provide anything more then spring stop. As a father of four young children I can’t afford risking anything less then what you’ll have provided for us. Thank you from the Quint’s.”

“Walked in right before they closed. They took time to show me all the kits and options. I left with the perfect kit and my kids couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Backyard Ziplines. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy off Amazon or any cheap online site because it’s “convenient”. Support this great local business that does great quality products.”

“My experience is quite limited. I've placed an order, and the process went well. It was also helpful to see in the product description that a tensioning tool would be recommended. However, nothing's been delivered yet, so I can't comment further. Cheers!”

“COULD DEFINITELY USE A MORE DETAILED INSTRUCTION SHEET ALSO CAN USE A BACKUP SAFETY WIRE PRICE POINT WAS PRETTY GOOD, BUT FIGURING OUT HOW TO DO IT RIGHT NEEDS MORE EXPLANATION”

“I made an order. No confirmation e mail/reciept. No tracking info. Checked credit card today and yes $1,000 taken. Tried to check my order on web site and it said there was no order for my e mail address. Only proof I had was (luckily) I tooma screen shot of my order. Then today (7 days later) my order arrives?! I did get an e mail howere asking me to rate the company. So I obviously entered my e mail address correctly.”

“Website gave a clear description of each kit, ordering was easy, and delivery was quick. Very pleased with the quality of material used, the directions and suggestions in the enclosed booklets, and the very useful worksheet that helped me determine starting and ending cable heights on our sloped lot. The grandkids, and their parents are having a lot of fun with it.”

“What are you asking me to review? The order experience, deliver or the product? The product hasn’t yet been delivered. The order process was fine but the site could use some help. A quick link to view a full page of what’s in my cart/order would be nice. Better descriptions of differences b/w equipment would be nice”

“We went with the Torpedo model and it is a blast. The directions are easy to understand and most of the setup tasks are fairly simple, I set up most of it by myself. The grandkids love it and are already planning another one. My only complaint is that I didn't envision how far away from the tree the starting point ends up, the take-off platform ended up much larger than originally planned. We anticipate many years of enjoyment from the zipline, thanks for making such a great product.”
