“What are you asking me to review? The order experience, deliver or the product? The product hasn’t yet been delivered. The order process was fine but the site could use some help. A quick link to view a full page of what’s in my cart/order would be nice. Better descriptions of differences b/w equipment would be nice”

“We went with the Torpedo model and it is a blast. The directions are easy to understand and most of the setup tasks are fairly simple, I set up most of it by myself. The grandkids love it and are already planning another one. My only complaint is that I didn't envision how far away from the tree the starting point ends up, the take-off platform ended up much larger than originally planned. We anticipate many years of enjoyment from the zipline, thanks for making such a great product.”

“Great company, great product! Very well made, the kit is easy to install and the instructions are helpful. They need to offer more items and prices are quite high, but the products are worth it. It would be nice to have legal information or resources on having these in our backyards. Since that's part of the company name.”

“First time purchase and very happy with the service and quality. Ordered on a Monday and received the cables (for my little suspension bridge) on Wednesday, just as I ordered them. Not a typical shopping experience these days, so quite refreshing when it happens. Will no doubt be purchasing more in the future. Thank you!”

“It arrived very quickly. Everything was there -- no missing parts! and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Installed it over the weekend and it is amazing. The grandkids (and grandparents) love it. It is much better than we anticipated.”
