“First time purchase and very happy with the service and quality. Ordered on a Monday and received the cables (for my little suspension bridge) on Wednesday, just as I ordered them. Not a typical shopping experience these days, so quite refreshing when it happens. Will no doubt be purchasing more in the future. Thank you!”

“It arrived very quickly. Everything was there -- no missing parts! and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Installed it over the weekend and it is amazing. The grandkids (and grandparents) love it. It is much better than we anticipated.”

“Picking a zipline is like drinking from a fire hose these days it seems! There are SO many options. Having a person on the other end of the phone to answer specific questions, help guide your choices and offer advice is second to none. We've been wanting to install a zipline for over a year, but kept getting confused when we'd begin to look for supplies online. In a matter of minutes and after an awesome free consultation with Backyard Ziplines we purchased all we needed and will have our backyard fun up & running in a matter of days! I wish we'd called sooner! These guys are fantastic!”

“Very helpful customer service quickly steered me to the most appropriate kit (Airtime) for my situation. The kit arrived promptly and was surprisingly simple to install. The components are of very good quality with the trolley in particular being impressively machined. Kids were zipping in short order and the sound of happy screams is constant!”
