“I used to do quite a bit of business with them until they shortened an order, (Just didnt send all the pieces) Wasn't even really a big deal but they didnt treat me well on it either! (Nor did I ever get refunded or the items, it was like an $8 item and they didnt send all the parts for it!) It was their mistake, I never even got a SORRY for it either! (!One thing I did learn is that dealing with a China company your basically on your own) BANGGOOD.COM SUCKS!”

“I chose to have my item shipped from EU warehouse to Sweden due to the free trading agreement within EU countries, They sent it from UK warehouse anyway and because of that I had to pay customs fee. They refuses to reimburse me for the extra cost even though they admit being wrong.”

“Item was packaged insecurely. Item was received damaged and contained a very bad smell. Neck post that attaches to head was bent in transit. Missing additional items listed in package. I also had a hard time trying to contact seller for any delivery updates, no communication. I do not have the time or resources to return this damaged item so it looks like I am out $272.00 dollars. I will not do business with Bangood again.”

“The machine lies well in the hand. But to work with it is a punishment, you cannot apply force, then the machine will stop to cut a piece of steel, if it takes five minutes, I am talking about steel type S235 with a size of 25mm wide and 5mm thick. don't recommend him, wasted money and too bad Banggood sell this to his customers.”
