“The promotion to sell your item I feel was written to deceive, your claim that the output of the solar panel was 200watts max, yet knowing it was 20watts max, that is deception, not happy.”

“Out of 4 of my orders only one was without any issues. One malfunctioning product, one not working at all, as if none tested them before sending. At least they refund some money for me for repairs but it's still a waste of time. One package was completely lost in transit for 2 months, no one knew where it was and then it magically reappeared after I asked for reshipment. Customer service is 99%automated with the same responses and fake names. It took 1 hour of talking to a consultant before i myself found a solution to the problem i was describing. Skip this middleman and buy from producers directly.”
