“My Eachine E010 was defective. The motor wiring was clearly poorly installed as the motor kept shutting off. In trying to fix it, the tiny battery wire broke, making it impossible to return it. A complete waste of $16.00.”

“This is the 2nd lipo 6s battery whith problem , in this only 4 cell's is up ,the volt value are not ok, 2 to 6 cell are ko.... 2 order's some problem....maybe the quality control is not ok....i whant refound ,all ,shipping cost ,time to whaiting...2 order same ,to much....i prefer other for my next lipo battery.”

“The material received is exactly the same as the previous one: the battery does not charge. However, the power supply does provide no-load voltage, but the power light (red / green) starts flashing when I connect the battery. Anyway, a disaster. I have already bought another one on Amazon (more expensive, but it works). I now close this chapter, after so many months trying to solve it, I can't take it anymore.”

“The item I ordered had estimated delivery time of 3 weeks, which is already annoying. A couple of weeks later I checked the status of the delivery, out of curiousity, and I found out that the courier Hermes tried to deliver the package to me a couple of times during the same week, but they claimed that they couldn't find my address, even if it was correct, I was at home, they had my phone number and email address and I never got any notification. I contacted Banggood's customer support and they told me to call the courier to fix the things by myself. I'm very unsatisfied and I will never order with them again, I will rather give even more money to Amazon because they at least offer a better service.”

“Never again Banggood. I bought a model car there, which was delivered on February 17. After a few days, the first screws were already missing; shortly after, the first servo was through. I then contacted Banggood because you are a "VIP". But under the support e.mail I never received an answer - instead spam and always advertising garbage. Now after 1.5 months the gearbox died. This time I contacted Banggood via chat. The "agent" said that it's all clear as day, but I should submit a repair / warranty order. After less than a day, the answer came that yes, the "one-month" warranty is over. Banggod does not feel responsible. The main thing is that they have bagged hundreds of euros. Never again here. This store is not even close to being customer-oriented. Very, very bad business conduct. People, never, never buy from Banggod. Most annoying, by the way, these standard answers, like the one that will now follow here again.”

“Orders never arrive - No warranty Placed 3 orders 2 never came after 4 months. The 3rd order was defective and they refused to pay a full refund or send a replacement. After constructing and a sending video verifying the product was defective They sent support emails in that they knowledge that the product is defective. They offered me a refund. The stipulation is I must return the product to China at my expense. I paid extra amount to have product sent from USA Wherehouse, no matter has to be sent to Chia”
