“Időben megkaptam a megrendelt árút, de betegségem miatt csak most tudok reagálni a hiányos szállításra, mivel csak 1 db akkumulátor érkezett a mini láncfűrészhez. Ez nem elegáns eljárás. Kérem küldjék el a második akkumulátort is. Eddig több terméket vásároltam Önöktől és nem volt semmi probléma a szállítással és a termékekkel.”

“On this occasion my initial order did not arrive in time--was late by over 30 days. I contacted customer service 4 times. the fist 3 times I was asked to wait--but nothing happened the 4th time I asked for my order to be replaced and it was. I received the replacement order quite fast.”

“The product was well packaged. Notification of delivery ok, but it took about 3 months to arrive. Seems ok but so far it has just shown my weight. The instructions are in Chinese so it may not do all it promises if you can't speak Chinese.”

“Good pack and fast delivery. BUT The mensela has'nt 2 Ah Bat but only 1,3 ah(look inside). This is like a toy. Too weak. Also the tension of the chain is an other problem.”

“I bought a lot of things from Banggood. Good material, nice prices and quick delivering. But at some time some items began to took too long to being sent and/or to arrive… And everything changed when I bought a scanner: they sent another device and without software; I contacted them and in a couple of days they sent an installer that doesn’t work in any computer’s operating system. I tried to make a return they treated me like I were some kind of thief or a burglar! Finally, after some weeks swapping massages, it seems that they let me do a return - despite they say in their service descriptions that someone can do a “no reason return”… I give 3 star only because the former experience; if it were because the way they treat me with the scanner I’d give no stars.”

“la entrega ha sido muy rapida, el articulo es el mismo que el anunciado, pero en cuanto a la entrega, esta a sido (por ausencia) tirarla por encima de una valla de 2 metros de alto al patio de mi casa con el posible deterioro del articulo (ha revisar) y sugiero que en determinados productos en su envoltorio deberia de figurar la palabra FRAGIL”
