“I am happy with it , it helps me to sit with almost no pain anymore in my left hip while sitting ,there is only one remark it is to short for me as adult , it should be just 5 cm longer on the back or on the front . I try to share a photo of it,it is taken on a normal chair 🪑 i use when is sit in my kitchen .”

“A few months ago a product I ordered was defective upon arrival. After a few back and forth email communication with Banggood support, a replacement product was sent to me. A few weeks later the replacement product arrived. Upon testing, the replacement product was also defective. I reached out to Banggood support once more. After a few more emails back and forth, Banggood refunded me the amount of purchase. I was glad that Banggood support was responsive and took ownership of the issue.”
