“Delivery was very slow = two+ months after order. I was offered refund, but preferred to wait for the product. I guess that Chinese New Year is a difficult time for suppliers!”

“UK deliver time could be better and tracking app is not best, I've had 3 items in China Airport for a week according to the tracking information. I was also charged over £100 for item never received. Ordered 2 billed for 3 no good banggood.”

“This store provide reliable products at fair prices, but mainly at good or fair quality. The customer support is responsive and try to find the best solution to help you in case of problems. Shipping is quite fast and packaging usually ok. Happy with this factory since 2016.”

“I am a devoted customer for many years now, starting from little things and now make orders of hundreds of euros. Overall I am satisfied by both the price/quality ratio of products (one should remember that goods always look better online than what they are in reality) and the delivery, as well as the customer service, which has been very responsive, ready to correct shortcomings and sensitive to complaints. Prices have risen recently and this is the reason I gave a 4-star review.”

“Articolo ben imballato in una scatola di cartone, che però, sicuramente per via del corriere, è arrivata parzialmente ammaccata e rotta, anche la plastica preformata all'interno era rotta; in ogni caso il livello era perfettamente funzionante e senza segni di rottura; la scatola era dentro una busta di plastica opaca, quindi non si poteva vedere se l'interno era integro o no. Pazienza aggiustata scatola con del nastro adesivo. Il prezzo non è economico, ma per tracciare correttamente e più velocemente, è accettabile. Pacco arrivato con largo anticipo (circa 7/10 giorni prima).”

“Ordered a Vacuum cleaner but the battery and charger was not charging at all. After more than a month waiting time the replacement battery and charger arrived, and now it is working. Customer service answered at the beginning very poorly, after showed them a video of the malfunctioning they took it seriously.”
