“Bank of America charges an annual fee, their annual fee is $59 a year. They claim they send out statements or email. This isn't true for all of their members. I normally do not carry a balance on my credit cards. When I checked my credit, it showed I had a delinquent from Bank of america, when I opened up my app for Bank of America, it shows an annual fee that was not paid and when against my credit score. Bank of America is not someone I would recommend. There are too many credit cards that offer no annual fee.”

“Zero customer service. I use to bank there and they only took appointments and had almost no hours. Then the closed the branch. But before that they wanted you to go online and couldnt afford to hire any staff. The credit card has awful service. i would not trust them with your money as it appears they cannot affort staff or to keep branches open. i moved my buisnes to the community bank”
