“The first girl who I spoke to was curt and clearly not patient... Then when I first went to the site it stated, "FREE" shipping. That was in fact not the case. The realty is shipping is $19.29 and you choose to call it RUSHED shipping. That is not a rushed shipping. Think of this: 5-6 days is rushed and 7-9 is standrad? Really, c'mon... It is misleading and unfair by all accounts. I paid anyway as I have little time to start this procedure over so hoping the banner is the way I ordered. Not a lot of faith at this point and I don't excpet the banner anytime soon!”

“I purchase a lot of banners from you. You periodically send me a 55% off sale to my e-mail at: lyndenmark@aol.com. Whenever I try to place a banner order from that e-mail promo, it will not proceed past entering the banner size; ie proceeding to download section. This has happened several times. I end up going to the regular site, and paying more for the same banner. What's up?”

“The website says 6x2 flag for $18.61 but when I went to checkout that item went to $29.61. I called and she said it was because I ordered another item (a banner) so the discount went away. The widespread advertisement of that $18.61 price did not mention that the price would increase if you bought other items. False or misleading advertising.”

“I designed a banner, then a couple days later I got an email saying I could get 50% off if I finished my order, but when I went back it was the same price as I saw the previous day. Also the link seemed to be broken so I had to redo everything. Then when I went to check out, it said it was 45% off, not 50%. Very frustrating and misleading. I've ordered from here before and was happy with the product.”

“I've been using banners on the cheap for a while now and order a decent number of banners. For some reason your website hasn't been working on the safari browser but when I use chrome the banners are 5-10 dollars more expensive than the prices listed when I use safari!”
