“Everything was great until the checkout. It wouldn't accept my email address. Tried 3 or 4 different addresses. Tried to send a message for help, and it wouldn't accept the email address there either, nor my phone number. Finally went back to the beginning and tried again. Success finally. looking forward to the new banner. Thanks.”

“I tried the chat room unsuccessfully - I waited and waited for the person to answer my question, and she never did, she obviously was chatting with many people I called, loooooooooong wait on phone I did a call back - it took three times - but the third person was able to help me Lots of wasted time!!!!!”
