“This order I was waiting 4 hours for a call back from the Art Dept. to help with an alignment issue. After no call back, I needed to call them a second time but ultimately did get the banner fixed and ordered.”

“No response today for a question. Couldn't change the size of the banner once I started. When I decided to start all over, I couldn't find the background that I originally used from a standard poster. Editing is very difficult, e.g., I can change the type size, but it switched size standards for some random reason. Disappointing.”

“need more design options. i want to be able to stretch my words vertically, and your program doesn't allow it. last time i made a pic and placed it, the banners came out very pixelated and didn't look great so a little dissappointed. but yet i keep coming back...”

“Creating an order without first creating an account causes several problems. 1) I can't access the order using the email, 2) I can't create an account using the same email because it's already attached to the order, 3) the original email didn't have a password so I can't login using it, and 4) the design I created is attached to the original email so I have to recreate it. Now. I have to manually recreate the image and send it by email "before" the poor resolution image is printed and shipped. Please update your app so it requires user to create an account (or at least post a notification of the problems that will occur)!”
