“Recently I ordered yard signs, to be delivered on June 7. These were not received and Finally I called on June 10th, and postage was marked, but the package never got to the FedEx office. So you had to re-order my signs, and I was not to receive it until 7 days later (for an event coming soon) on June 14. I didn't receive them until June 15. I'm hesitating to expect this order on time - which is IMPERATIVE.”

“The customizing process was very disappointing. Certain features of the editing section wouldn’t work, and the preview of the final product looked different from the original image that I uploaded. I’m definitely curious/nervous about what the product will look like when it arrives. I am looking for a company to use for my photography business, and so far this isn’t hitting the top of the list.”

“I could not figure out the trick to get my editing on my text boxes to actually edit. I just kept going back to the original text. Eventually, the edit would work, but I don't know what I clicked. Took FOREVER to finish the banner.”

“was unable to sign into my account, I requested password change, but link did not work. Spoke to someone Thurs or Fri and was told they would have it fixed. It was not. I asked if it would be reported to IT and was told it would be reported to supervisor.”
