“The design process kept restarting. I picked one banner size and it changed that on my from portrait to landscape. The saving of designs is silly. Why do I need to keep adding my email if I am logged in as a user. The designs should be saved on your site.”

“Your website is constantly crashing. While your products are great (why we come back), your login system fails, year-after-year. It is a huge inconvenience to not see my past orders and be able to easily re-order the exact same sizes.”

“You need to make your system more efficient. I uploaded two separate designs, for some reasons, you reported that only one design was found. As a result, I ended up paying $220.00 for one single banner to make up for lost time due to your system failure. Hopefully , you will correct that issue. Thanks”

“I ordered 5 days ago. Even though I received an order number and paypal receipt, I was told no one could find my order, I spoke with about 4 different people who were ALL "supposed to get back to me," but didn't. Then I wake up today to find my order cancelled and refunded with no explanation - then an email stating that my situation has been resolved. No it hasn't! This has been a terrible user experience and I am not impressed.”

“Honestly. I placed this order on the 24th so I could receive it on time.... by Sept 1st. But come to find out you did not process it. I am not writing this about the product just the webservice now I have to pay 100.00 in shipping so my event it not ruined. totally hope you make this right I should of gotten by with ground...”

“Design system is awful. I put the text within the margins but when I hit continue all the text dropped down when I went back to edit and made the font bigger and hit continue then the letters were not on the banner. Also, I ordered 3 banners they were supposed to be 8x2 but all the back and forth editing the design it kicked out the 8x2 and put the 8x3 back in and instead of someone sending a message to say are you sure this is the size you want, nope made this banner anyway. If this companies ordering process would keep what you checked this would have never happened so I had to spend more money to get the correct size banner. So be very careful when you are ordering from this company. Oh and I called them because I was concerned with size of font not matching the lady told me it was ok but the letters on one banner are larger.”
