“The design page is very difficult to work with as when you try to increase the size, you cannot see the who flag. I found it difficult to use compared to other sites.”

“Again I’m try to design a sign. You made this system much worse the the old one. Maybe if you would start off explaining to people how to use the design to better help people make a sign. I was trying to figure out if I could change the colors of the letters to a different color just gave, and made it the best I could. You are going to lose business going at this rate, or your going to need more people answering the phone to help.”

“I deal with a ton of programs and do a ton of designing. There's a lot on this website that could be improved and especially color choices. There should be a way to choose the exact color for the colors I've used on items in the same order. It has taken me over 10 hours to get the designs to perfection and I'm still not sure the colors are anywhere close.”
