“I tried to buy more banners from you as we need indoor ones as well, but the site is not user friendly at all. I'm sure you've heard of folks being unable to change fonts wtihout losing the text boxes...things like that make it way too time consuming. FYI.”

“First, I created a new password according to your instructions and it wouldn't accept it even though I had all the digits etc. I finally got it to accept a very, very long password. Then, I tried to find previous orders to use so I didn't have to re-create my banners. I couldn't find them. I clicked on chat and nothing opened. I called and waited on hold for a long time and then someone picked up and immediately hung up and it asked me for a rating and I clicked one for very poor. I chose poor because generally, I like your banners.”

“I uploaded my picture 3 or 4 times before I purchased because the preview showed white on the side of the banner and I kept going back to move the picture I uploaded before I decided that the white must always be there. This is frustrating and lowers the confidence in purchase. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the picture I uploaded covers the whole banner when it arrives to me.”

“I went to place the order and was to receive it by December 6th. I decided to back out and look elsewhere but then received a 50% off in my e-mail almost immediately. I went back to design and purchase the exact same banner and when I checked out the shipping cost went up and it was now a day later saying I'd receive it on December 7th. Your company is doing a bait and switch by giving just a tiny bit more off on the banner but charging more on the shipping and delaying the shipping a day. This is really poor business, extremely poor. I ordered the banner anyway but wanted your company to know that this is underhanded and find it such a poor business practice. I will call your company on Monday to complain.”

“Your design area is not easy to use because of the box on the left that pops up when you try to manipulate your text or image. You have to blindly try to position or resize your object with the box in your way. Also I wanted to recreate a banner in a different size but there was no way to easily do that and I could not chat because it was not during business hours, the email was backed up and there is no helpful tutorial or information. Very frustrating!”
