Banners On The Cheap has good products but the website is a mess, could not locate saved designs, hit the back button and had to start all over and this was after I had saved my design and entered the email and still could not locate the saved design and was not sent the email.. Even tried online chat but not available.

Cancelled my first order without calling or anything, and it says due to machinery malfunction can not provide coating on banners? Why offer something you can't provide? Reordered without coating, so we shall see if it goes thru?

The design feature is weak, however, at least you can expand the design on both the vertical and horizontal axis, aft.er saving the design and Continuing, you can only expand or contract on BOTH axis at once. There are other problems with it too - the text select doesn't effect the entire text, only about half in my experience. The Safe and Trim lines are not bold enough and it should be explained that you can extend to the trim lines in order to fill the banner.

Very difficult to find stock banners and extremely difficult to design or altar a stock banner. I had call in to get assistance and even then the agent made a mistake on our banners. However they are usable.

Seemed simple enough to process this purchase. I did, however on the first order, which was the last one I did, notice that I had to rebuild the holder as screws were loose and or crooked, or had fallen out of the retractable holder. It was a headache and I ended up scratching the banner while attempting to put it back together and had to figure out how to get the spring tension back going. I hope no others show up to me this way.

Cannot process payments over the weekend. I have done several orders and its annoying not to be able to checkout upon completion. The items sit in the cart until Monday when I can complete the checkout process.

Had to completely remake my order because the invoice email never reached the HS Principal, yet my cart was emptied. Called on 3 different occasions to find out where my order had been placed and was told no one could help. The order # isn't given until items are paid for, so my order disappeared into thin air because either your team sent it to the wrong email address, or the invoice was never sent at all. Poor business management

it is very difficult to navigate and save this material. Trying to change fonts on a couple numbers was a hassle. I need the banner so I ordered it, but I am not wowed!!

A lot of difficult having card info accepted, then when it finally was order was immediately accepted with no opportunity to confirm or not.

I had to put in CC info about 10 times before it went through. I had to switch credit cards and it still took 3 more times I liked how the design worked though

Step and repeat should be able to import logos and generate automatically a s/r pattern - low quality - slow

Per instructions from your Art Department, we had to revise and re-submit a Banner Design due to the graphic elements in our Original Order being lower resolution. Rather than replace the Design with the revised version -- which we had done and which was in our SHOPPING CART, the rep said we had to CANCEL our initial order and start with a brand new order. A REFUND for the first order which had already been paid is to be processed. But as of this time that refund/credit has not appeared on our account. We now are processing a SECOND Order that is also being charged on our account. ALSO - we are a non-profit and should NOT be charged Taxes. But the Orders (2) Both show taxes being charged. Tax Exempt info was previously provided as required. Thank you.
