“I am excited to receive and hope it will be worth the cost which ended up more than expected. I had to change my order and it was still higher than expected. Also getting it will be a longer wait than originally expected by how it was presented. Of course if I paid much more they would send earlier, of course. I am really glad to find you but due to my finances, this was not actually what I would call Cheap. That is my life now. Thank you. I hope all goes well with this as I have been cheated a lot with businesses lately. I will look to receive with all going well. That is my hope.”

“Do not like how your company offers bigger discounts but then raises the shipping rate versus smaller discounts with lower shipping rates....Its the old Bait And Switch scam.”

“I had to jump through way too many hoops to pay for this... For whatever reason your site would not accept my card so I went to PayPal - then I had to do the graphic verification picking out pics of busses, then bicycles, then bridges, then stop lights.. I finally just stopped and came back later in a different browser and STILL had issues... Took far too long...”

“Well, the fact that you advertise a discount but you don't offer any cheaper shipping than the rush shipping is bogus. Which then in turn really sets the price back at regular price is a bit of false advertising. I don't Like that. However, since I normally use you all for my prints, I just decided to go ahead with it but next go around, I'll use someone with an actual discount as I'm really paying attention to this now. Click bate advertising at its best.”

“It took me and hour to order 3 banners. The first sales rep, Andre was very nice and polite, but didn't seem to be able to access my design. The second one was no help at all. I finally got on the website and was able to order, but then it took 3 tries to take my payment.”

“Banners on the Cheap messed up my order that I placed 5 days ago and just notified me and then only credited me the cost of the banner not the shipping so I am paying an extra $10 for their mistake. Frustrating since I have recently spent $450 dollars with the company.”
