“For some reason, the website was not working and I had to remake the design several times before it would go through...I could not save the design either so I had to work from scratch each time. Usually, I don't have any trouble and I'm happy with the company and service, so hopefully this was an isolated case.”

“2 sided sign design where the sign was edited to justify the sigh drove price way too high. While this is understandable for a layout perspective the tools to edit require that a new sign be created in order to justify the initial design. This is a pain in the ass!”

“Your tech help is very impatient and kept asking me to give her the code after I pushed the "Contact Us" button WHICH WAS NOT ON MY SCREEN. Very frustrating. I eventually figured out how to get a border around my banner, but it was not very well explained.”

“password never works- chat help is slow- telephone help would not help me either . I had already waited for 20 minutes for password recovery. called in to get help they put me on hold - but the last time this happened someone asked me info and helped me get logged in - not sure why its different this time, still no passcode. still no one is helping me .......”
