“Website is "glichy" and not always stable order details change without customer knowing until check out. Be careful when you order!”

“I have bought from you several times before and have referred many of my customers in Michigan to your site. The last order I got from you was pixelated as you had informed me via email. The problem is that I do not read my email everyday or some time every week, therefore I did not see your email informing me that the design I sent you was faulty until after I received the item. Obviously my customer did not want a pixelated banner, therefore I had to eat it. Since you have my phone #, I would think that since I did not get back to you immediately, you could have called and left a message”

“I have written several comments on how hard it has been to get my order placed and I still am not sure that I have what I need or that I am not going to be charged with several orders that I have tried to cancel. I am praying this one turns out ok.”

“The picture of the banner on the screen between the edit screen and the cart screen is all distorted - a square thing became a rectangle and the picture was all fuzzy. The person on the phone does not know the editor, nor the screen between, nor shipping times, and cannot wait 30 seconds to make sure that the order happened OK and to reassure me that the banner will be here by a week from now if it says 5-6 days.”

“I attempted to place an order and the order would not go through. When I went back in to start a new order the pricing for the items went up and the shipping cost more than doubled. That is awful customer service in EVERY WAY.”

“As a tax exempt organization, we should not have to pay the tax first to hopefully be reimbursed. Please look at your policy to accept the tax exempt form to nonprofits file and adjust the price on the front end. Bad fiscal practice.”

“I use to purchase my banners from you. It,s so hard to maneuver your way of laying out the characters on the banner...cant get the words where i want them to go....pretty tough i finally made it....I hope.”
