“ could be better if they did better client service for back-order. ”

“ One of the stools I ordered arrived defective.. the stool did not sit flat and was not the same height as the matching one i ordered. I emailed customer service and was promptly sent the replacement parts, however the 3 of necessary parts were missing from this replacement package.. I had to email again to finally get the parts I needed.. big headache and long wait! ”
