“The customer service experience I had with Bare Cremation was quite simply second to none, that is, brilliant. The clarity of the discussions initially, the ability to totally take on a job and do it virtually without me having to lift a finger and without me having to worry about anything, the completion of the service before I had to pay one single cent, the value for money and the caring nature of the staff, it was all brilliant. I congratulate them whole-heartedly. I only wish they were in a line of business which I had a need for more often!”

“My Mum chose to use Bare Cremations while she was in end of life care. She didn't want a fuss and Bare made that possible for her and made the process so easy for us when she passed. I appreciated their careful and caring language and their commuication style, keeping me up to date while Mum was in their care and when she was cremated. It made everything so much easier at a very difficult time. I'm very grateful for their assistance!”

“At a time that came when we weren't fully prepared the team at Bare were so very helpful, making the process as stress free and straightforward as possible for me from first phone call, through the cremation process and with follow up legal advice. “From the first contact to the end, I was treated with respect and dignity. No pressure to do anything else than what I asked for. Kept updated throughout the process, and the process was well managed. Did not add to my stress at the loss of my partner”

“All the staff at Bare have been amazing all throughout the process once we lost my father. From the moment they came both myself and my late father were treated with respect. They kept us up to date with every aspect. Would not hesitate to use again in the same circumstances.”

“Can not thank the team at Bare Cremations enough. The kindness and respect I felt when dealing with Bare for my fathers cremation was astounding. I would particularly like to mention Elle Watmough, who helped me greatly with her wonderful support, taking care of everything and always reminding me that I could call her anytime. Also Chris who delivered my fathers ashes home, another incredibly kind and thoughtful person. Thankyou to everyone at Bare for everything.”

“Our experience with Bare has been twice in a matter of weeks, unfortunately our mums passed away and the staff at Bare were most caring and helpful during this time. From the initial call we knew that the team at Bare showed compassion, empathy and understanding and this continued throughout all of our dealing with them. A special mention to Erin who went above and beyond for us on both funeral services.
