“As per the previous message you sent and my subsequent phone call this morning, it needs to be much clearer that you are posting a job and that suppliers will have to pay to apply. I did not think I had posted a job, I thought I was just looking. It needs to be crystal clear to stop end users getting unwanted communication and suppliers getting charged for jobs that don't exist. Everyone will get a better service and you will get better feedback.”
