“Shipping carton was tattered and barely holding together. The was no extra filler to keep the bags of coffee from being tossed about. All the coffee bags were intact.”

“I got a great deal on Santa’s White Christmas Decaf. And I got free shipping! Two 10 oz. bags for $10.00. However, the delivery time was VERY slow. I received an e-mail asking me about my experience before I had the coffee.”

“Wish there was a way to schedule the order to be delivered at a future date.Took a week for my order to leave the warehouse. Got an email saying my order was shipped with a tracking code a couple days before it even left the warehouse.”

“I love Barnies coffee, especially when they have sales. I was a little disappointed when they followed suit with all the other companies and shrank the oz. When they first started out you got 16oz per bag. Then that dropped to 12oz, and now it's 10oz. The price remains the same but the amount of product keeps dropping, so now I basically shop there sales. But they sell great tasting coffee.”

“I bought coffee cake and it did not taste at all like coffee cake!! Called 800 number twice and left a message for customer service and they never called me back! Terrible customer service!!!!! I buy their coffee at Publix and it is great. I also ordered maple and chi they were both good”

“Easy to use. So happy I am able to get Barnie's coffee online. I dearly miss the Barnie's store I would visit regularly. You don't have the experience of visiting a store and smelling the wonderful aroma of coffee, but I can enjoy the coffees that I adore.”
