“Your customer service lacks interest in your customers. No one answered my emails. A person who answered the phone was curt and made me feel she could care less if I ever bothered her or ordered from Barnie's again. No help at all.”

“OK, you asked, so I'll tell you. Since making my last purchase, I've reached out to you three times, once by phone (during business hours) and twice by filling out the form on your website, regarding possible pricing for a corporate purchase and I've gotten no response whatsoever. I'm glad your coffee is better than your customer service. That's been VERY disappointing.”

“It’s hard to find a variety of decaf flavored coffee and a Arnie’s has the best! They are very rich yin flavor and smooth. I have tried about 8 different flavors so far. Fast shipping and great service. I will definitely keep buying this coffee! Santa’s White Christmas and Love Coconection are my favorites so far.”
