“The first coffee I had ever bought was Barnies in Orlando. I had to move, and found your store in Cincinnati, was very happy to be able to buy it. Sadly, it became a Starbucks store. A friend’s daughter in Florida posted a picture of Santa’s White Christmas the very day I looked at your website, I just had to buy some and some for my daughter so she could taste what great coffee. It’s Christmas Eve and I am enjoying a cup of Santa’s White Christmas. Yum!”

“Ordered on the 12/17 and paid for FedEx shipping so package would arrive in time for Christmas. Vendor did not indicate any type of delay but now tracking shows delivery on 12/27. Poor communication/shipping description.”

“I recently order using an advertised special and the website would not accept the coupon regardless of how many times/ways I put it in. I contacted customer support via email and haven’t heard a word back from anyone. As far as I’m concerned it was false advertising! Barnies owes me half of my money back. The coffee did arrive quickly and packaged well.”

“I first had this coffee on vacation in Florida and had to get some when i got back home.Coffee shipped very quickly. Only issue I have is the cups will not work in my 2.0 brewer.I take some with me to freinds houses that have other brewers.”

“I ordered coffee after receiving a promotional email, but did not get my complete order. I emailed customer service and did not hear back then I called the customer service number and got a recording that asked me to leave my name and number for a call back. Never got a call back. I have ordered from them before without issue but not happy with this last experience.”
