“I’ve been drinking Barnie’s coffee since the early 90’s. I’ve tried coffees from all over the world and none ever come even close to the quality and flavor of theirs. By far they have the BEST flavored coffees as well. The big chains don’t hold a candle to the taste of Barnie’s. My favorite flavored coffee is Santa’s White Christmas - I drink it iced and all year long.”

“I had ordered 3 bags of White Christmas in March but got 3 bags of plain coffee. I was able to talk to someone and they resent the 3 bags but again I got 3 bags of plain coffee. I've since called, left a message, and emailed but no response at all.”

“I really like their coffee. They have a good selection of both regular and decaf. Actually, I mix regular and decaf to make half calf this way. I have no problem with my flavored coffees.”

“I've been drinking Barnie's since I was in college in Tampa and made pilgrimages to their Winter Park base. Forty years later, I'm in Vermont (awesome java scene here) and Barnie's still has my heart. I order every few months and try the new flavors - - Very Berry Blackberry Pound Cake is killer - - and am never without it in my kitchen. GREAT customer service, too!”

“I love their coffee. Great company. Had an issue with an incorrect product and they replaced it free. Creme brulee and caramel are my favorites but all are delicious. Not a fan of a lot of flavored coffee but all of Barnies are great. Wonderful gifts!”

“I’ve purchased your coffee for years because I love the flavor so much, however, I noticed a few years ago you made your bags smaller and still charge the same price. It’s ridiculous and I stopped buying your copies back when you made this change. Instead of reducing the size, why don’t you just increase the price?”

“Barnie’s has the best coffee! My favorites are Barnie’s cafe blend and Cafe Mocha Truffle. Both are delicious and I always make sure I have plenty on hand. Guests also comment on how good it is! The only coffee I buy!”

“This is the first time ordering from Barnie’s and I sincerely love this coffee. Going forward, I won’t order from anywhere else. The flavors are amazing and I don’t have to add a bunch of flavored creamer to drink it. This coffee is better than Starbucks.”

“I love Barnie's Coffee! However, my last purchase did not go well. I was mailed the wrong flavor of coffee. Contacted customer service. Was told to send back what I had received, and they would send out the original coffee I had ordered. I sent the coffee I had received in error back to Barnie's, but they never replaced my coffee. I waited and gave it some time to reach me, but had to contact customer service again only to find out they had never mailed my original order. They did make it right. I was sent 2 boxes of coffee, instead of 1. I know mistakes can happen. I would think a better effort would be made to correct a mistake in a customer's order.”

“I hate to love you. The changes to your packaging are terrible. The sticker doesn't stick but leaves a gummy residue on the bag that gets all over. I love your coffee but can you just charge a few cents more, rather than cheaping out on the bag closure? PLEASE go back to your old bags! This feels like such an abusive relationship now... I want to leave you but I can't cause the coffee is so good :(”
