Love the flavor, but this order of pods are not working in my kuerig.

I like the product as I always order it for the holidays. My issue was that it took a very long time to arrive. When I sent an email to customer service to check on my order, I never received a response. Got the order mid December.

I love the coffee, but service was terrible. Took forever to receive my order and I was not receiving any updates as to when it might show up. Also, I only ordered 4 bags of coffee, but I received (and was charged for) 5. If I wanted a fifth bag, I would have ordered it. Probably not ordering from you again.

Not thrilled with my purchases at all. Flavors were off and do some contain suger? Tried calling and never got a human. Won't be ordinging again :)

Still waiting for my order. I tracked the package it says label has been created no timeframe of delivery. I ordered it on November 15. I emailed customer service and This is the response I received Dear Valued Customer, We look forward to assisting you. For more immediate assistance, please call 1-800-284-1416. Our office hours are 8AM to 3PM EST, Monday through Thursday. We'll do our best to respond promptly to your message. Please allow up to 2 business days for follow up. I have ordered in the past and received my order in a timely fashion. Of course they have my money but I have no product. Will probably not order again.

I used to enjoy the fragrance of this coffee brewing thru the house and friends and relatives would comment. There is no fragrance now. The taste is almost non-existent. So disappointing. Bring back the original recipe

The shipping cost is a much as the coffee. I shall order no more. NOTE: for some reason the Publix here in Kennesaw GA will not carry the White Christmas DECAF, only the regular

Of all the coffee that I've bought from you this was terrible. I got the Strawberry Rose. It smells fantastic, but once I make the coffee it tastes horrible. I am very disappointed.

Coffee doesn't have sufficient flavoring for my taste. That's why I buy "flavored" coffee!

I purchased a 3 pack and submitted a review on the Buttery Carmel. I have now opened my last bag, Vanilla Bean, to find the same disappointing brewing results: grounds overflow my single serve coffee maker basket — it’s not a Keurig -– and I’ve never had any trouble with most brands. I have such a clean up mess after brewing plus a few grounds float around the top of my coffee cup and I can’t take the last sip of coffee because I would have a mouthful of grounds. What is happening here? I first bought a bag of your Buttery Carmel in a supermarket. Loved it! No issues. Went looking for more, no longer on store shelf. Found your website and ordered a three pack. Yay! Prompt arrival. Brewed a cup, grounds everywhere. All three bags have done this!! If the bags had read “fine” ground, I could understand it. My 12oz bags all say Medium Roast Ground Coffee. Actually I would like my money back as I’m not enjoying the mess I clean up every time I’ve brewed. Anyone else experiencing this????

Had an issue with 5 K Cups not able to brew because it did not comply with the Keurig brewer. I did contact customer service about this issue. Never received a response. I have an unopened box of the same flavor. I am reluctant to open at this point and probably return.

The flavor variety pack single serve cups were very disappointing as they did not have any flavor or scent. I would not recommend them or purchase again. We have been Barnie's customers since early 80's.

Very disappointed with the strength of the coffee. I used to get Santa’s White Christmas at the mall and loved it. You have to use twice the normal amount of coffee to make a good cup. It has a great flavor, just weak coffee.

I had a hard time being able to see all the ground coffees that were available. I would have ordered more, but had trouble with the website. Very difficult to maneuver....
