“Bought 6 bags of German Chocolate Cake in order to stretch out the Coffee Cake inventory I currently have because Barnie’s has once again stopped making the best product they have ever made. No one is paying attention!”

“Coffee from Amazon labeled Santa's White Christmas - whole beans - no flavor or smell. Beans no longer have white coating?? Ground ordered from you also lacked smell too. Liked the Cool Blue 5*.”

“The coffee itself tastes great. The reason I will not order from them again, is because of how long it took to receive my order. 3 and a half weeks was a little too long, in my opinion.”

“I haven't bought Barnie's Coffee in years but thought I would treat myself to some this year. I'm sorry to say it just doesn't have the same taste as it did years ago. Even just smelling the grounds aren't as strong or flavorful as I remember. A bit disappointed. (no, I have not had Covid. My tastebuds are just fine.)”

“Coffee is good. Shipping is poor. Took my $ and didn't ship for over a week. Will not order from them again. Can't depend on getting the order in a timely manner. Can get better service for the same quality coffee and price from other vendors.”

“I have been a huge fan of Santa's white Christmas for many years. This year the quality was much worse than previous years. There was much less flavor and the coffee was not nearly as colored as in past years. It seems that there was some reformulation or processing change, that my wife and I are not fans of”

“I woukd give 5+ stars if they woukd respond to my multiple messsages about exchanging 2 bags of ground coffee. I’ve discovered the chocolate flavors I cannot tolerate due to reflux. According to their return policy I can exchange unopened bags of which I have one. And a one time e change on an opened bag. I kept the mocha truffle in my first order even though I can’t drink it. But trued the Chocolatey Chocolate Hazelnut and German Chocolate Cake on my second order After one cup of the first I realized it’s any of the chocolate flavors —except the sweetheart blend. I have emailed twice with no response. Called today for “immediate assistance” and left a message. Love the other coffees but if customer service is not up to par I may have to rethink future orders. I’m needing to order more now but waiting.”

“Santa's White Christmas is a holiday tradition. We ordered several bags this year, after not being able to for a few years. I couldn't wait to get it. Sadly, the coconut-powdered white grounds, carmely undertones, and that one-of-a-kind flavor is no where to be seen. It's decent coffee but not what I wanted. When did the recipe change?? PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!”

“The flavored decafs are good but extremely weak in flavor. Tastes like regular coffee with no distinct flavor. I also would like whole bean rather than ground coffee.”

“Barnie's Coffees have distinctly wonderful and decadent flavors. So enjoyable! The customer service at Barnie's is not so great. I contacted them via email and phone message as I ordered whole bean, but received ground coffee, and they have yet to respond 2 weeks later.”

“I didn't find the coffee as favorful as I have in the past. The taste of chocolate was weak. I wish your decaf flavored coffees were sold in stores. I could almost buy another pound of coffee with the money I pay for postage. That's why I don't buy more frequently. Even the Santa's White Christmas that's sold in the stores has no decaf alternative. There are many people like me who love coffee but can't handle the caffeine. No one offers decaf flavored coffees in the store.”

“My family and I love your coffee and have been drinking it since you had a store in Ocean County NJ decades ago. A few times a year, especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas, you had a great sale, and I would stock up for gifts, birthdays, etc. There were no sales in the past 2 years, and along with shipping charges, your coffee is too expensive to buy in the quantity that I used to. The last order was for gifts for my mom and brother. I didn't get anything. Really disappointing. The coffee is still the best.”

“At age 87, my taste may have changed. I am disappointed in the taste of White Christmas. Many years ago, when I went to my daughter's in FL. that was my favorite. Now it tastes similar to my regular coffee.”
