“Have live their coffee since the 80s. Great flavors. Sometimes new flavor samples in the shipment that convince me i need that flavor in my next order. Do NOT love that they no longer offer much in whole bean. I like freshly ground better.”

“Love this coffee ☕never a disappointed in the flavors. I just wish they would send a sample of a flavor i haven't ordered to try. I usually order around 4-6 bags. I can't order them all but would be interested in trying other flavors.”

“I've been an online customer for a few years now. But I also worked in one of your stores in Orlando (Colonial Mall) 35 years ago. Used to visit The Loop's location until you closed it. I've bought your coffees from Houston TX and from Maryland. Wished you would bring back some of your original classics including Amaretto. That was my absolute favorite 💯”

“I have enjoyed Barnie’s coffee for years but I have a suggestion. My physician is now making me drink half caffeinated half decaf coffee. I would really appreciate it if you made a decaf version of all of your flavored coffees so that I didn’t have to dilute the flavor by adding regular decaf to my morning brew. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra for each package of decaf but I am pleased that you do make Cool Cafe Blues in decaf. Please add the rest of your flavored coffees. Thanks for your consideration!!!”

“We love Barnie's Santa's White Christmas! We drink it year-round and give it as Christmas gifts to family members. Our other favorite was Cool Cafe Blues, but in the last few years, we have noticed the taste has changed. It just isn't as good. When I was teaching, students would smell my coffee as they entered the room and wanted to know if I was eating pancakes! Sadly, that strong maple flavor is missing and we have never found another product that came close to the original Cool Cafe Blues. Would you consider going back to the original recipe???”

“Very good coffee, but the change to way you re-seal the bag is awful. The new sticky tab for re-sealing only works about twice before it loses its sticky properties. The bag then opens on its own losing the freshness of the coffee. Bring back the reusable tabs please.”

“We were very happy with the variety and quality of coffee when we first started ordering from Barnie's, but in the past few months they have canceled our favorite flavor (coffee cake), made changes to the website that are less user-friendly, and either canceled their rewards program or have it so difficult to find that I was not able to benefit from it on my last purchase. Over all we still enjoy one or two flavors, but it is no longer our main source of coffee.”

As you mentioned you are seeing a lot of changes overall with our flavor selections, new website, plus rewards program. We are thankful for your patience as we tinker through the kinks. “I love Barnie's Coffees. Love Coconection and Santa's White Christmas are my favorites. The coffee is robust in flavor. No wimpy coffee here. I have one wish. That is that the word DECAF be more obvious on the bag. I have accidentally made the wrong coffee at night more than once. No sleeping when that happens.”

“I love flavored coffee, so I have been a fan of Barbie’s coffee for a long time. I was disappointed in the coconut rum flavored coffee. My two favorite coffees are Santa’s white Christmas and love connection. Both of those flavors have coconut, which is why I ordered the limited coconut rum coffee. The first time I tried it, I could not taste any coconut at all. I finished it, tried another bag with the same results. I thought perhaps maybe I just got a bad batch, so I tried it a third time, but the same result again. No hint of coconut whatsoever.”

“I've ordered 9 different flavored coffees and enjoyed 7. My son loved Birthday Cake and was quite disappointed when it was gone the next time we ordered. We both thought the Cafe Mocha Truffle and the Blackberry Cobbler were terrible. Before I ordered the first time, I was getting coupons regularly from you - now not so much. Why is that? Joanne”

“I remember this coffee from years ago when it was sold frequently in various stores. This was before Starbucks and their terrible coffee. This is such an improvement over most coffees today, bring it back to the stores again.”
