“Had an issue with 5 K Cups not able to brew because it did not comply with the Keurig brewer. I did contact customer service about this issue. Never received a response. I have an unopened box of the same flavor. I am reluctant to open at this point and probably return.”

“I have been buying Barnie's since the 90's. I fell in love with it then and still order now that I don't live in Florida any longer. It is very mild and the flavors are just right.”

“I recently bought the Sweetheart blend (chocolate cherry) and Creme Brulee as a special treat for my family. Both coffees were extremely rich in aroma and flavor, and just simply delicious. I am so thrilled that I found Barnies coffee and will continue to be an online customer. The only disappointment was that our delivery was missing one of the Sweetheart blend coffees. The customer service representative, who was very pleasant, put in another order for us to get our missing fourth bag of coffee. This was delivered to us within a couple of days.”

“The flavor variety pack single serve cups were very disappointing as they did not have any flavor or scent. I would not recommend them or purchase again. We have been Barnie's customers since early 80's.”

“I love Barnie's coffee. The flavor is wonderful, and there isn't one that I've tried and didn't like. Additionally, the customer service is something the company should be proud of. I had a question about an order I placed, and the lady who helped me couldn't have been more professional and kind. Thank you for having such a great employee!”

“When Barnies coffee used to have many locations i loved going in weekly to get fresh coffee. It always he a fresh taste and was very flavorful. I loved their flavored coffee and liked the variety. In recent years I had switched to a keurig snd coffee was never the same. So I ditched the keurig snd the first thing I did was order some fresh coffee from barnies. I was sooooo sad. It just doesn’t have the fresh amazing flavor it used to. It’s perfectly fine but all of the smells and flavor that made it so wonderful have been dulled down. It doesn’t taste like it was brewed recently. I bought a huge box with several flavors in individual packs and there hasn’t been one pot that I enjoyed like I used to.”

“Absolutely LOVE Sweetheart Blend Decaf! I have high blood pressure and have to watch caffeine levels, but flavored coffees have always been my favorite “break,” from my crazy busy schedule. The variety of flavored decaf coffees that Barnie’s offers have been a delight!! I also love White Christmas Decaf, and Salted Toffee Decaf- and I’m eagerly awaiting my next shipment to taste new flavors! Please keep making such delicious decaf coffee! It’s well worth the price!!”

“I have ordered several different flavors twice and I’m very happy with my Bernie’s coffee. It ship quickly and the flavor is great. I get mostly flavored decaf ground coffees because you can’t find that in stores.”
