“The coffee is excellent but the customer service is only a one star. I could never get the customer service to answer there phone when I called to check on a return I sent back and I hadn’t received a refund from them in 2 weeks so I had to call my credit card company and have them take care of the refund by getting them to take care of it. That’s pretty sad when you buy a thermos cup for $50.00 and it doesn’t even keep you coffee hot for 1/2 an hour and you call to find out how to send it back and you don’t get a response after 6 calls into Barnies. And I have been a customer of there’s for 28 years since they were in Michigan at the Summer Set Mall in Troy Michigan. I used to buy a 5 pound bag of Cool Cafe Blues in the whole bean bag but they stopped selling that and they stopped selling the whole bean small bag also. You can only find there coffee online now or in Florida at the Merrill outlets mall.”

“I love love your product. The Decaf Santa's White Christmas coffee. It is the best Decaf coffee ever. I can't have Caffeine and most coffees are weak flavor but not Barnie's Coffee. I hope you will continue to make this Decaf, it is hard to find Decaf anywhere let alone the best flavor. Thank you so much for this great coffee.”

“I have been a Barnie’s fan for 20+ years. My love for Barnie’s Coffee and Teas began in Pensacola Fl where a Barnie’s store would see me visit everyday for tea or a Santa’s White Christmas coffee. Oh how I miss purchasing at the store a bag of coffee to take home and grind myself. Now I just order my coffee beans to grind. Barnie’s has always had the most incredible flavor because they only use the best coffee beans. As you can tell I’m a Barnie’s fan for life!”

“Three words: Santa's White Christmas. OK, more words: I regularly return to buy online. My order nearly always contains 1 or 2 bags of Santa's White Christmas, but more often than not I roll the dice on another flavor or two that look interesting. I have never been disappointed. All of their coffee that I've tried has tons of flavor and is super mellow... Pro Tip: (they may not want to share this) bags of coffee do well in the freezer, so I buy my SWC early so I'm well stocked when the Christmas lights go up!”
