“I love Barnie's Coffee! However, my last purchase did not go well. I was mailed the wrong flavor of coffee. Contacted customer service. Was told to send back what I had received, and they would send out the original coffee I had ordered. I sent the coffee I had received in error back to Barnie's, but they never replaced my coffee. I waited and gave it some time to reach me, but had to contact customer service again only to find out they had never mailed my original order. They did make it right. I was sent 2 boxes of coffee, instead of 1. I know mistakes can happen. I would think a better effort would be made to correct a mistake in a customer's order.”

“I hate to love you. The changes to your packaging are terrible. The sticker doesn't stick but leaves a gummy residue on the bag that gets all over. I love your coffee but can you just charge a few cents more, rather than cheaping out on the bag closure? PLEASE go back to your old bags! This feels like such an abusive relationship now... I want to leave you but I can't cause the coffee is so good :(”

“I remember this coffee from years ago when it was sold frequently in various stores. This was before Starbucks and their terrible coffee. This is such an improvement over most coffees today, bring it back to the stores again.”

“I first tried Barnie's at a Publix service station years ago. I stopped there twice a day just to get my travel mug of coffee before and after college classes. I asked the delivery guy there one day what brand the coffee was and he gave me a bag of coffee with the company information so I could order myself. My two favorites have always been Santa's White Christmas and Cool Blues. This time I purchased the variety pack and my husband and I were very pleased with it. It gives you a chance to try other flavors without spending money on a flavor you might not like. I would love to see more variety packs in the single serve cups that would allow you to customize your flavors based on preference. Thanks for a premium coffee at an affordable price that always tastes great.”

“I am not particularly fond of snow but when it does start flying through the air… there is nothing I like better than sitting by the fire and drinking a cup of Santa’s White Christmas! You need to stock up, as this is only a seasonal brew for Barnie’s Coffee.”

“My husband and I both love every flavor we have tried. I think our favorite was the limited edition holiday flavor but we order Barnie’s regularly and they are all delicious. We have tried hazelnut, cafe brûlée, southern pecan, sweetheart blend, white Christmas and probably others that I can’t remember. Delivery time is always great too.”

“Barnie's coffees are the most flavorful I've found. The flavors taste natural, not artificial or odd. However, I have found that more grounds are required than other flavored coffees.”
