“My order was lost in the tracking. I contacted the 800 number to report that I did not receive my coffee. I was told that a new order would me sent to me at no charge. I hope to receive the new shipment Jan 3 2018. Thanks for a quick response to a lost order.”

“Great option for me since my local Publix only carries Barnie's at certain times, and then often only the ground coffee. Signing up for the coupons helps a lot since the postage can add quite a bit to an already expensive product. I live in central Florida so I usually receive my orders the next day ! Excellent service ! I have given the White Christmas coffee many times in the past as gifts. Everyone I have sent it to absolutely loved it but could not find it in the states where they live. All were delighted when I told them about the website.”

“I love the coffee. Problem is: I usually order the Barnie's White Christmas. I will receive e-mails with special offers, yet the item I normally would order is out of stock, or the shipping cost is half the cost of the product.”
