“I ordered traditional holiday and you sent Santa's white Xmas. I returned the wrong coffee before thanksgiving which was delivered to you. Where is my traditional holiday which I paid for?!!”

“I have nothing good to say about this company. Saturday coffee one price bigger discount the next day but the coffee has gone up a dollar! Poor busniss practice. After my complaints I get a message about how she will make it up to me by sending another bag of decaf plus some other goodines! Never recived. Again poor business! We have ordered our last coffee from you business. I have nothing good to say! You are crooked in your advertiseing.”

“I have never had such poor quality coffee from Barnie’s. All 3 of the bags of White Christmas coffee in my recent order tasted stale and had small, white pieces of something in them. I ended up throwing them out and hope this is not a permanent issue - I hesitate to reorder at this point!”

“BUYER BEWARE-New Recipe! Been a SWC fan since living in Orlando in early 00's and since moving, purchase every year as gifts for family, friends, teachers, etc. Just purchased 17 bags of SWC and the beans are no longer covered in the white flavor coating. I thought I just received a bad bag. Called Customer Service today, and they confirmed SWC recipe changed roughly 8 months ago. What a bummer! Brewed my first cup and it has more of a nutty taste, not the sweetness of the original. This change is not clear on Barnie's website and I feel duped. BUYER BEWARE-New Recipe! “I ordered from the barnie's site---sent a coffee flavor as a gift to someone in another state. Paid the shipping fee. Instead of delivering the coffee to their apartment...they left a note stating my person had to go pick it up. The person WAS home at the time --they work from home. Nobody rang their doorbell. Why charge me a fee if you are not going to deliver it? Did not make a 2nd delivery attempt, nothing. I won't order again. The coffee may be good, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They used UPS. UPS screwed up...and nobody took accountability. Order thru amazon--Amazon has never had issues making a delivery to this address.....”

“I bought their English Salted Toffee flavored coffee from World Market, and it was absolutely awful. It tastes like they took very old, oxidated coffee and smacked on the flavoring. It tasted so bitter, left a horrible after taste, and even creamer could do nothing to salvage it. These guys know absolutely nothing about making good coffee. Coffee should not be this bitter.”

“I ordered 12 bags of santas white christmas. I was disappointed it is no longer white. The taste is not the same. How can you continue to call it by swc. I've been drinking swc for over 30 years and now I have to find a new coffee. I wish Barnies would go back. I now have 12 bag s of swc that will last a lifetime. If your line changes PLEASE contact me.”

“Never ever been so disappointed in my coffee I received. I bought 4 boxes 24 count kcups. The box we opened 22 of them were nit sealed correctly, therefore making the grounds from kcup pod go into our coffee cups. Hence 22 cups of coffee had to be poured out. Sure hope the other 3 boxes aren’t like this…I love my barnie’s coffee.”

“I ordered what was supposed to be an acai power bowl. What I received was a half-watery and half-frozen, bland mess. Topped off with a crumbled, stale granola bar, it was not worth the $10.50 I had to pay for it. And, yes, I was fully expected to pay for this rubbish. Also, the server never checked on me. I even motioned to him to come over so I could tell him the food was awful, but, obviously seeing me, he just ignored me! I had to get another server (a very nice girl) to check me out. An all around hideous experience---one I will not let Barnies put me through again. Wish I could give ZERO stars.”

“I was disappointed with the White Christmas and Caramel something. I remember the Barnie's location at the Altamonte Mall in Altamonte Springs, Florida. A person could taste all the different flavors in the coffee, The coffee that I received, the only thing I could taste was a hint of coconut. In addition, the coffee was so strong, it was bitter. I called Customer Service yesterday, but I never talk to anyone and no one returned my call. I don't think I will be ordering any more coffee from Barnie's.”

“I placed my first order and it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the company immediately, and have subsequently tried to contact them 6 more times via email and phone. Other than initial autogenerated response that they got my message……crickets. Will NEVER order from this company again…..very poor customer service.”
