Love the product but can’t stand how long it takes to get to me after I order it. 2-3 weeks is unacceptable. I finally found an alternative. If you want to do something to improve your shipping time I’ll be glad to order again.

I really thought having my UCF Alumni logo would make the coffee stand out. But instead it has a chalky texture, and tastes like cheap flavorings. Coffee didnt speak to anything phenomenal and I'll besticking with whatever Starbucks beans are on sale. Tried in a kcup, french press, pourover, none were any better than my normal routine.

This coffee in the 1990s was the best. We live in FL and went to the shops in the malls. Today it is really poor quality and nothing like it used to be. We tried svereal favorites and will not buy again or recommend to anyone. We were planning on trying the plain coffee, but no thanks. Also having roasted our own beans, we know what ground coffee should look like without chaff and no unidentifiable debris. So sad. Oh well I guess once a company sells out and non coffee executives are brought in profit and gimmicks become the focus not quality.

Weak flavor to coffee. Had to use extra 4 spoonfuls to get beginning of flavor. Also anything with chocolate has a distinct taste-nor pure chocolate. Leaves a strong after tadte-maybe not unpleasant-for sure noticeable and not related to coffee or flavor Won’t purchase again. One flavor is almost so distinctly bad I threw us out

I was not happy with the coffee beans. I love Christmas Coffee and have been using for years. But now I prefer whole bean and I was very disappointed in their taste. Sorry

Beans were very dry and difficult to grind. Not the same quality I have been used to. I ordered 4 bags of the Christmas one

I am a consumer that prefers to be as positive as possible when I do reviews. However, I did not enjoy the coffee that I ordered. I ordered Blueberry cheesecake and Coconut Rum coffee. I am certain that you have a great following of satisfied customers. I will not be a returning customer. I enjoy coffee that is bold and strong. The two coffee flavors I order were not satisfying to me.

Been trying to get a coffee cup I purchased replaced….bought two at the time one is perfect the other isn’t No way to contact ANYONE. Very disappointed will not order again

I ordered two bags. The beans in both were dry and seemed to be old. This is not Barnie's Coffee that we used to love when it was sold in the mall stores. We were very disappointed.

Used to be my go to but 2 of the 3 flavors I loved have mysteriously disappeared. The coffee still tastes great but between slow shipping and less options it’s really fallen off

Paying $7 for FedEx shipping of orders and waiting two weeks to receive the order is the main reason why I haven't placed orders regularly for the past few years. I do receive the promo emails but they seem to appear after I place an online order. Please note that I received this survey about my recent order and I have not yet received that order per tracking information, I won't for another week.

I love Santa's White Christmas so I was excited to try the Cool Cafe Blues. Just personally (not a huge coffee flavor fan) I expected to smell and taste the notes listed in it. It smelled and tasted like regular unflavored coffee. I will be giving this away to coffee lovers and just go back to my Santa's White Christmas blend. I'm sure if love coffee flavor it's fine and is Barnie's quality.

I had ordered 3 bags of White Christmas in March but got 3 bags of plain coffee. I was able to talk to someone and they resent the 3 bags but again I got 3 bags of plain coffee. I've since called, left a message, and emailed but no response at all.

I’ve purchased your coffee for years because I love the flavor so much, however, I noticed a few years ago you made your bags smaller and still charge the same price. It’s ridiculous and I stopped buying your copies back when you made this change. Instead of reducing the size, why don’t you just increase the price?

I hate to love you. The changes to your packaging are terrible. The sticker doesn't stick but leaves a gummy residue on the bag that gets all over. I love your coffee but can you just charge a few cents more, rather than cheaping out on the bag closure? PLEASE go back to your old bags! This feels like such an abusive relationship now... I want to leave you but I can't cause the coffee is so good :(

I ordered a bag of coffee grounds, to be shipped to Ohio for my mother in law’s Christmas present. I should have just bought a bag from the grocery store and shipped it myself, because it took quite a while for it to ship from Barnies, then a lot longer to arrive at my mother in law’s house. Originally, when I purchased the bag online, it was advertised to be shipped out in about 3 days. After not receiving a shipping update after over a week, I called and they said they were on back order. I didn’t receive an update telling me that (like Amazon updates you telling you it’ll be late).. if I did receive that update or would have known before checking out, I wouldn’t have or I would have cancelled the order and shipped a bag myself. I think the customer service should have been better, and if something can’t be shipped out when advertised, they should update the customer.

While I like the products, customer service is non-existent (via phone and email). No responses to my inquiries after almost 2 months of waiting for my products.
